Running Accomplishments:

I have run a few half-marathons. My goal is to get faster.

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Eventually my husband wants me to run a marathon with him. My other goals is to try and keep healthy and fit for life.

Personal:

Married to my handsome husband (Big Dog) with 5 beautiful children, Anycia 16, AJ 13, McKade 8, Jadyn 5, and Kamri 9 months.  I just had Kamri in September and I am trying to get into shape after 9 years.  One thing against me is my Rheumatoid Arthritis that I have had since I was 16.  Working through it and trying to keep going.  My husband is a great support and a runner himself.  I just wanted to join in and do something he does...maybe I will be able to keep up with him someday.  So yes I am definitely a beginner runner.

I finally had time to run today. with all my kids running around doing sports and my husband working 2 jobs and playing sports, well lets just say sometimes life just gets in the way!  But I ran outside pushing a jog stroller for 2 miles.  At least it was something!

Another night of not having too much going on so my husband encouraged me to go workout. I went to the gym and ran 3 miles and walked .5 miles. It was hard but I need to keep going. I am have signed up for the half marathon in August...so I need to keep it up!
