Ran 3 miles at lunch with my Hubby...I am trying to lose weight and get in shape. My family is doing the Biggest Winner (Loser) and I need to kick it into gear so I can win. Our last weigh in is the end of April. If anyone has any advice about how to lose weight fast let me know. I am trying to exercise 2 times a day, Lunch and in the evening...then eventually I will go in the morning too, but I am not a morning person.
