Long-Term Running Goals: Eventually my husband wants me to run a marathon with him. My other goals is to try and keep healthy and fit for life. Personal: Married to my handsome husband (Big Dog) with 5 beautiful children, Anycia 16, AJ 13, McKade 8, Jadyn 5, and Kamri 9 months. I just had Kamri in September and I am trying to get into shape after 9 years. One thing against me is my Rheumatoid Arthritis that I have had since I was 16. Working through it and trying to keep going. My husband is a great support and a runner himself. I just wanted to join in and do something he does...maybe I will be able to keep up with him someday. | Came home with a sick child and ran on my treadmill at home. It is a lot harder to run on it for some reason. Can't wait for the snow to go and for it to get warmer so I can run outside. |

I ran 1.5 miles at lunch and then 4 in the evening. That is the farthest I have ever ran in one day! WAHOO! |

I went to the gym and ran 4 miles on the treadmill. Awkard run for me, cuz either my pants were too big or my shirt was too short but my tummy kept sneaking out while I was running...and I was trying my best to hold my pants up and pull my shirt down...so after running like that for half a mile I started to walk. I tucked my shirt in and pulled my pants up and tied them tight to stay up over my shirt...so I was the nerd running...but it was more comfortable than letting my fat tummy hang out. |

Hopefully I can run today. I have been sick, my kids have been sick and my husband was gone for the weekend playing golf in St. George. So that has pretty much shot my exercise time. Hopefully I can get back on track. Ran last night on the treadmill at home...just a short one so I wasn't too exhausted from being sick. |

| walked and ran this outside. the first mile was hard and then it got easier. running with a jog stroller is tough stuff. |

Swam 8 laps then went to a spinning class so I am guessing I rode 8 miles...I am thinking it is more but 8 is good. |
